Joe Hamilton

Joe is a native of Upstate New York (Scotia), where he was raised by his parents Joseph and Delores Hamilton.  He is one of eleven siblings. Joe put his Lord on in baptism at the age of 13.  After graduation from Harding University in Searcy Arkansas, Joe moved to Maryland where he met his wife, Ceil.  They were married at the 16th and Decatur Church of Christ Washington DC in 1985.  Their children Christopher (Julia), and Lauren continue to be a blessing in their lives.  As a family they were members of the Silver Spring Church of Christ where Joe served as Deacon for 15 years. They have been members of the Rockville Church since 2023.  Joe continues working Full Time at Mont Co DHHS.
